About Us
We specialize in delicious Italian food. From our homemade gnocchi
and ravioli dishes, to our fish that arrives daily, to our in-house
pastries and desserts, we take pride in the freshness and quality of
all of our dishes.
Executive Chef Po Le has over 30 years in the restaurant industry,
compounding Asian background with French and Italian cuisine. He has
worked with a number of famous chefs including Le Bernardin's Francois
Payard, Payard's older brother at La Grenouille, La Veranda's Roberto
Centofanti, and Center City's own Susanna Foo, as well as spending 13
years as the executive chef of Ristorante San Marco in Ambler.
In 2013, Po Le Cucina was opened, where Po is now the head chef, owner
and proprietor.
